1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the RentSimple platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, but we do not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. You are solely responsible for the actions you orchestrate on behalf of your tenants.

4. Limitation of Liability

RentSimple provides tools to manage property, but we do not assume liability for disputes between landlords and tenants, or losses incurred by misuse of the software.
